It’s important to know the potency of each batch of Saffron from a scientific standpoint. Whether you are using Saffron for culinary, herbal or apothecarial uses, you should have confidence in its nutritional efficacy. For these reasons, in addition to qualitative tests we run during crop selection, we submit each batch of Saffron for independent lab-testing. A panel of 12 tests are conducted to determine chemical structure, and to check for the presence of artificial colorants and foreign matter.
